Terms & Conditions

  1. General Agreement: By using the services provided by CPS Renewables, you (the "Customer") agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and CPS Renewables.

  2. Scope of Services: CPS Renewables specializes in electrical installation services for renewable energy systems, including but not limited to solar panels, wind turbines, and energy storage solutions. The specific services to be provided will be detailed in a written proposal or contract provided to the Customer by CPS Renewables.

  3. Payment Terms: The Customer agrees to pay CPS Renewables for the services provided as per the terms agreed upon in the written proposal or contract. Payment may be required in full upfront or in installments, as specified in the proposal or contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

  4. Cancellation or Changes: Any cancellation or changes to the services requested by the Customer must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. CPS Renewables reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any services that have been scheduled or partially completed.

  5. Warranty: CPS Renewables warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws and regulations. CPS Renewables also warrants that any materials used will be of good quality and free from defects. However, CPS Renewables does not provide any warranty for third-party products or materials.

  6. Limitation of Liability: CPS Renewables shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. CPS Renewables' total liability for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the services.

  7. Indemnification: The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold CPS Renewables harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with the Customer's use of the services provided by CPS Renewables.

  8. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Customer shall pay CPS Renewables for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

  9. Confidentiality: CPS Renewables and the Customer agree to keep any confidential information disclosed during the course of the services confidential and not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.

  10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CPS Renewables is located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration authority in the jurisdiction of CPS Renewables.

  11. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and CPS Renewables and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the services provided by CPS Renewables.

By engaging CPS Renewables for services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
