​Our Installation Process
Initial Enquiry
After receiving your enquiry we will be in contact within 1 working day to introduce ourselves and discuss the process.
Survey
A survey will need to be carried out to assess the installation.
This can be done digitally via a short questionnaire through your mobile phone. Alternatively, we can arrange for an engineer to visit the property to assess the installation.
Quotation
After the survey has been received, we will provide you with a quotation based on the complexity of the install.
We believe no install is the same so a bespoke quotation will be provided.
Installation
On the day of installation, you will be provided with a 2 hour time slot for your engineer to arrive. On average the installation will take 2 hours.
The work area will be left clean and tidy as if we had never been.

Once the installation has been complete, your engineer will give a full demonstration of the product and make sure you are 100% satisfied with how to use the software.
